Is the venue planner free?
Yes. The venue planner is free, like the rest of GetJoyBox. Create a registry, open your Party Plan, and start drawing your room - no credit card, no paid tier.
Do guests need an account to see the seating chart?
No. Anyone with your registry link can view the venue map and seating chart. If a guest signs in and the host added their email to the guest list, their own seat is highlighted so they can find it instantly.
Can guests move tables or change seats?
No. Guests see a read-only map. Only the registry owner and co-hosts can edit the layout and the seating chart.
Does the venue planner work on my phone?
The guest view is mobile-friendly - guests can open the map and find their seat from any phone. Building the layout is best done on a desktop or laptop for now.
What kinds of events is it for?
